What should I do after the dental extractions?

Correct Trays
We encourage as much rest as possible whilst trying to keep your head upright to avoid any bleeding, it may also be a good idea to sleep with an extra pillow at night, keeping your head raised to minimize any possible bleeding. Avoid rinsing for the first 24 hours to help your mouth start the healing process. After this time, use a salt-water mouthwash for at least a week to help heal the socket. Keep your mouth and the extraction site as clean as possible, making sure that the socket is kept clear of all food and debris. Some patients also choose to take a Vitamin C supplement to aid healing.
