Clear Correct

Clear Correct, like Invisalign, is another invisible way to easily and comfortably straighten your teeth. Like other systems, clear correct can be done at any age to give you the smile you’ve always wanted. Clear correct is a series of clear, customised removable aligners that are changed every two weeks to deliver a new straighter smile.

Clear correct trays are virtually invisible so most people will be completely unaware you are slowly straightening your teeth, all they will notice is your amazing new smile! Clear Correct aligners are custom made from the highest detailed impressions specifically molded from your mouth. This ensures that not only do they fit perfectly, but they are also comfortable to wear. This makes them the perfect alternative to regular braces.

What can Clear Correct offer you?

Clear Correct can treat a wide variety of issues that keep people from achieving their ideal smiles. Straighter teeth don’t just look better; they work better too. Poorly-aligned teeth can interfere with bite function, wear out quicker, and are more prone to cavities. Ask Dr Hanna and his lovely staff for information on how Clear Correct can help you achieve the smile you’ve always wanted.

How does it work?

The first step to your new smile is a consultation with Dr Hanna to discuss what you’re hoping to achieve with orthodontics. Dr Hanna will undertake a thorough examination of your overall oral condition including not only the teeth themselves, but also the bite, facial structure, surrounding muscles and the TMJ, the joint responsible for jaw movement. This is a key diagnostic step that is often overlooked by other dentists who do not take into account the whole process involved in not only redesigning a smile, but also ensuring it will last in a stable new bite. This will ensure the longevity of the jaw joint and help prevent from causing any damage and reduced function. In Some advanced cases, a combination of treatments may be required to achieve the perfect smile. Dr Hanna’s unique skill sets will come into play with abilities to offer whitening, porcelain veneers, and any further cosmetic treatments to truly offer a complete smile makeover.

Following this, Dr Hanna will take a complete recording of your facial profile including the bite, facial structure, surrounding muscles and the TMJ, the joint responsible for jaw movement. A series of photographs, dental x-rays and impressions will then be sent off for the creation of your digital smile design.

A prescription will then be sent and a digital preview of your new smile created Once the digital plan is approved, your aligners are then sent to manufacture.

Congratulations, your first set of aligners will be fitted in the practice to ensure their comfort. Dr Hanna will go through all the instructions required to ensure the best possible outcome for your case. The aligner’s will need to be worn for a minimum of 22 hours per day. Wearing them for less than the required time per day will simply delay treatment and require a longer period of wear. Dr Hanna will then give you several week’s worth of aligners and schedule review appointment’s to ensure your smile is coming along nicely. All that’s left is for you to enjoy the peace of mind knowing your new smile is only a few trays away.
